The Huntington Palisades is Village-adjacent neighborhood with sidewalks, underground utilities, wide avenues and beautiful old growth trees. Some of the homes in this part of Pacific Palisades have stunning ocean and coastline views.
The mild climate, cooling on-shore breezes, and relatively insect-free environment were (and certainly still are) benefits that popularized development of this luxury-priced neighborhood.
