Buyers Plan

1. You will be “walked-through” the process of loan Pre-Approval.

2. Help you determine which areas/locations/towns to focus on, based on your requirements for convenience, security, economy, recreation, prestige and privacy.

3. You will be kept informed on any new, reduced, or Back-On-Market (BOM) properties that may fit your needs.

4. A comparative market analysis will be prepared on any property that interests you. It will include a comprehensive property profile including demographic, school information, and current ownership and loan information.

5. When you choose to make an offer on a property, I will personally see that it is presented in the best light, on your behalf.

6. I will assist in preparing a schedule for all inspections including; pest control, appraisal, appointments in accordance with your physical inspection contingencies. All aspects of the sale process will be thoroughly discussed to your understanding and satisfaction.

7. I will monitor your loan contingency status.

8. Assist in coordination of closing of escrow

9. Review your closing statement with escrow officer

10. Assure keys and access are delivered to you, immediately upon notification of close of escrow

11. If you wish, a letter will be sent to a small group of your (new) neighbors, informing them of your purchase, and some information about your family profile.
