K.C. Soll has been described as an enthusiastic advocate in both her real estate practice and her community involvement.
Kathryn Carter (K.C.) Soll was born and raised in Pacific Palisades, California. Her real estate experience spans three decades. She attained her California Real Estate Broker License in 1980. Attracted by its excellent contemporary architecture and proximity to the ocean, she commenced her real estate career in Malibu, eventually including the communities of Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and several adjacent areas.
Accomplished in creative internet marketing strategies, K.C. has two acclaimed consumer-oriented websites: www.inrealestate.com and www.PalisadesRiviera.com; platforms for launching marketing campaigns for Westside estate properties, homes, condominiums and a sub-specialty, furnished executive and seasonal rentals.
In 2009, she earned the National Association of Realtors (NAR) designation of Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Since then, K.C. has demonstrated the expertise, skills and passion to help distressed homeowners accomplish a more positive outcome than foreclosure.
A student of art history and architecture, she spent the years before embarking on a real estate career traveling the globe as a purser with Pan American World Airways. In this capacity she learned to observe, listen and serve.
Besides local sailing and hiking, K.C. is involved in Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) training; search and rescue, fire suppression and triage. She is also a member of C.C.A.R.E.S.,
