Ocean Avenue is home to approx. 2 miles of ocean view public parks where on any day one can participate in a Yoga or Tai Chi class, or a game of Chess. Weekends find these parks full of family picnickers, romantics and power-walkers.

 

The three most amusing and convenient commercial areas are: The Third Street Mall has upscale stores, Wednesday and Saturday open air Farmer's Market, and live street performers day and night; Main Street in Ocean Park (just a stroll from the beach), and chic Montana Ave with its glamorous and expensive boutiques and restaurants.
