Marketing
Your Home
Your
home should be listed, whenever possible, in the local Multiple
Listing Service. If your home is in the Los Angeles Region,
it will also be placed into two on-line databases available to buyers.
Advertising
and Target Marketing
"A
Picture is Worth A Thousand Words." Through the affiliation with Sothebys, your property will be pictorially advertised in the following institutional publications; The Los Angeles
Times, New York Times, Daily Variety, Caravan Express (a publication
targeting brokers) and Homes and Open Houses (a weekly magazine,
widely distributed free of charge and widely available to the public).
Whenever
appropriate, a real estate sign will be strategically placed
on the property. Along with the sign, I place a brochure box with
full-color fliers.
With
your permission, I will send a mailing about the property to neighbors.
You never know, sometimes a neighbor "has a friend who has
always wanted to live in your neighborhood."
Virtual Tours
I'm pleased to present the latest in On-line photographic VIRTUAL
HOME TOURS. This Virtual Walk-Through displays a home to THOUSANDS
of potential buyers with minimum "foot traffic." It is
an excellent advertising tool for the home unavailable for open
houses. The home is photographed digitally from the front exterior,
in the main rooms (kitchen, living room and dining room) master
bedroom and rear exterior. The effect can be highly motivational.
Target
Marketing
InRealEstate.com is USER-FRIENDLY. The Website is
advertised in many of the same publications I use to pictorially
display my exclusive listing inventory.
Whether
it's tennis, beach or guard-gated estates, single family homes (under
5,000 square feet), condominiums, residential income or lease properties,
there is someone looking for quality properties, ALL THE TIME. It's
my job to match buyer to property, negotiate mutually satisfactory
terms and expedite a successful outcome. But first comes matching
Buyer to Property.
The
Website is dynamic. It will change and grow as demand dictates.
